Fixed: Fixed LPR cameras are generally located near gates or main entrances into communities. These cameras are capable of capturing the front plate and rear plate in several lanes of traffic entering or exiting. Software is available to create a list of “approved” tags and alert via Email or SMS if an un-approved tag is seen entering or exiting the area.

Mobile: The mobile cameras are meant to be deployed either at certain events or during a market research study. The cameras are usually mounted inconspicously on a trailer that is position on the side of the road similar to the radar trailers police departments use to make drivers aware of their speed.
Additionally, we have some vehicles that have LPR cameras mounted within them capturing plates as they drive or as they sit in a certain area. These cameras are hard to notice but highly effective at gathering data and securing your event.
The mobile cameras require a PC with an internet connection and 12v DC power. Most of our trailer units are equipped with a solar panel and battery. Since these systems use less than 8 watts the battery provides sufficient power for continous running on cloudy or rainy days as well as at night.
All of our camera systems are equipped with infrared technology which allows for the same capture quality during the night as there is during the day. The system auto adjusts dependent on lighting.
