DMG Data was born from the collateral recovery industry which heavily relied on License Plate Recognition technology to locate otherwise unlocatable assets. When a marketing and business process consultant was hired to streamline certain aspects of the recovery company an opportunity to employ the same technology to different industries was created.
With a diversified skillset among owners, managers and developers DMG Data had generated interest within several private communities who wanted to reduce the need for fulltime security to monitor access points and automate access control functions while recording the license plate of vehicles entering and exiting.
Soon after that DMG Data had perfected its automated process of pulling realtime tag information with associated ownership information to create a robust demographic profile and statistical information of vehicles passing by.
In Mid 2016 DMG Data had now created a Reverse LPR Demographic Database that provides the MSRP of vehicles travelling through a geofenced zone as well as non personally identifiable analytics for advertisers to know who they are primarily marketing to and to ensure they were going to hit their targeted audience with the impact to create conversion and lower the cost per impression.
DMG Data is now expanding its reach into new cities in Florida with multiple technicians on the road gathering data from collection sources and mounting new hardware.
